Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancel anytime
You can cancel your RepReady subscription at any time from Account → Billing → Manage subscription. Cancellation stops the next renewal — your account stays paid through the end of the current billing period, then drops back to the Free plan. No phone calls, no "cancel by mail," no friction.
14-day money-back guarantee
New paying customers can request a full refund within 14 days of the first paid charge if RepReady doesn't fit your team or family. Email support@getrepready.io with the email address on the account and we'll process the refund within 5 business days. No quiz, no "reason required."
Annual subscriptions
Annual plans follow the same 14-day money-back guarantee. After the first 14 days of an annual term, we don't pro-rate unused months — but you can cancel future renewals at any time and keep using the service through the paid period.
Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails (expired card, insufficient funds), we retry a few times over the following week and email the account owner. If we still can't collect after 14 days, the account drops to Free and your data stays — re-subscribe any time to resume. We never grandfather unpaid subscriptions, but your roster, plans, and metrics are preserved.
Pricing changes
If we change subscription pricing, existing subscribers stay at their current rate through the end of their billing cycle. You'll get at least 30 days' email notice before any price increase applies to your account. You can cancel before the increase takes effect with no penalty.
Disputes
If something feels off, please reach out before opening a card dispute — email support@getrepready.io and we'll figure it out fast. Chargebacks cost both of us time and money, and we'll always honor a fair refund request first.
