Terms of Service

1. Agreement
By creating a RepReady account or using any RepReady service, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you don't agree, don't use the service. If you're using RepReady on behalf of a team or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that group to these Terms.
2. Who can use RepReady
RepReady is built for parents, players, coaches, and organizations involved in youth baseball ages 7U–14U. If you're under 13, a parent or legal guardian must create and manage your account.
3. Accounts
You're responsible for activity under your account. Keep your password secure and notify us promptly at support@getrepready.io if you suspect unauthorized access. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that are inactive for an extended period.
4. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or annually, via Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from the billing portal. We don't offer pro-rated refunds for partial periods, but you keep full access through the end of any period you've already paid for.
5. Acceptable use
Don't use RepReady to harass others, share inappropriate content involving minors, scrape data, attempt to bypass our security, or violate any law. Don't use the AI features to generate content that could endanger a child's health or safety. We reserve the right to remove content and terminate accounts that violate this section.
6. AI-generated content
RepReady uses AI to generate training plans, drills, and recommendations. AI output is a suggestion — not a substitute for the judgment of a qualified coach or medical professional. Always adapt plans to the player's age, ability, and physical condition. We're not liable for injury or harm resulting from following AI-generated content.
7. Your content
You retain ownership of player data, photos, notes, and other content you upload. By using RepReady you grant us a limited license to host, display, and process that content as needed to provide the service. We don't sell your data.
8. Service changes
We may add, remove, or change features. If a paid feature is removed in a way that materially reduces the value of your subscription, we will offer a pro-rated refund or credit.
9. Disclaimers
RepReady is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee uninterrupted service, perfectly accurate AI output, or that the platform will meet every coaching need. Youth sports involve physical risk; participation is at the player's own risk.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RepReady's total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes go to the state or federal courts located in Polk County, Iowa.

These terms are written as a starting point for early users. We may update them as the product evolves; we'll notify active subscribers of material changes via email at least 14 days before they take effect.
